摘要
用 PCA 及 PLS 分步处理分光光度数据,有效降低了计算的维数。以该法对不同酸度体系的5-Br-PADAP-钴、镍、铜、锌分光光度数据进行了处理,定量分析结果良好。
A new method for simultaneous specttophtometric determination of composition in multicomponent system has been developed.In this method,a FCA-PLS calibration model is obtained from known composition in multicomponent,system,and is then used to predict the concentrations of unkaows.A demonstration,coloured systems of cobalt,nickel, copper and zinc with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylamino phenol in the buffer solu- tions of different pH,is given,and the results of quantitative determination are satisfactory.
