摘要 本文研究了铁、铝、铜在苯基荧光酮(PF)-Triton X-100体系中的析相显色反应特性及适宜条件,提出了用主成分回归法(PCR)处理络合物吸收光谱严重重选的干扰作用,同时测定人发中的铁、铝、铜的方法.还讨论了PCR法中各参数取值时对未知样品预报结果准确度的影响. The optimum condition and the characteristics of the phase-separation and chro-mogenic reaction of iron, aluminium and copper with 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-phenylfluorone in the presence of Triton X-100 are studied. It is proposed that the interference by the over lapping of the absorption spectrums of these metal complexes can be eliminated by the principal component regression (PCR) treatment with an IBM-PC microprocessor. A method for the simultaneous determination of iron, aluminium and copper in human hair is proposed. The effects of the choice of various paarameters of the PCR method on the accuracy of the results of unknown samples were also discussed.
