摘要
研究了将PAN用于流动注射(FIA)分光光度法测定微量钴,在560nm处绘制标准曲线,线性范围为0~45μg/ml,相关系数0.996,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%,加标回收率为95%~105%,进样频率80次/h。本法简单快速,用于面粉、分子筛,铝合金测定结果令人满意。
The photometric determination of micro cobalt with PAN by flow injection analytis has been studied. The calibration curve for measurement at 560nm is linear over the range 0-45μg/ml of cobalt.The relative standard deviation of results is less than 3%.The recovery of internal standardization is 95%-105%.The frequency is 80 sample per hour.The propotal method is rapid,simple and covenient and it has been applied successfuly to determine cobalt in flour of wheat,molecular sieves and aluminium alloy with satisfactory results
