摘要
针对甘肃省民办高校辅导员队伍建设的实情,全面综合分析研究的基础上,对如何做好民办高校辅导员队伍建设提出可选择的路径是:一是要依靠强有力的政策提供支持,并要求学校领导层面要思想认识到位、对有关政策的贯彻落实到位;二是要进一步促进民办高校辅导员队伍制度化建设,主要包括辅导员选拨和任用制度,辅导员专业化培训制度,辅导员考核和激励制度;三是要进一步加强辅导员队伍的职业道德修养,包含强化辅导员的责任意识,完善对辅导员评估监督机制,强化辅导员自身素质的提升;四是努力提升辅导员的职业幸福感,其中,提升职业的认同感是前提,拓宽职业发展前景是保障,调试自身职业心态是关键。
The alternative path on how to construct counselors team in private colleges is proposed on the basis of comprehensive analysis and research about the actual situation of construction of colleges counsel- ors team in Gansu Province. First of all, the strong policy support must be relied on and the thinking and understanding of schoolsleadership and the implementation of the corresponding policies should be put in place. Secondly, the institutionalization of private colleges' counselors should be promoted further including the .system of selection and appointment of counselors, specialized training, evaluation and incentive. Third, the professional ethics and mastery should be strengthened including improving of responsibility and as- sessment supervision and their own quality. Finally, vocational happiness of counselors should be enhanced. The precondition is enhancing the professional identification and the guarantee is broadening prospects for career development and the key to readjust the counselor's own professional attitude.
