摘要
心理资本理论是积极心理学应用于组织行为学的产物,是后天可以学习和培养的。提升大学生心理资本是大学生积极人格培养的有效途径,能够促使大学生增加自我效能感、拥有希望、保持乐观和提高面对困难的韧性。高校应通过为大学生提供广阔的发展平台,建立参与式的校园管理机制,实施启发式教学等,引导大学生建立积极的归因风格,从而提高大学生的心理资本,进一步培养大学生积极人格。
Theory of Psychological Capital is the result of applying Positive Psychology Science to Organiza- tional Behavioral Science, which can be learned and cultivated by postnatal study. Improving the college students psychological capital is the effective way of developing their positive personalities. Through this way,it can strengthen the college students~ self efficacy, hold their hopes and keep positive attitudes. Meanwhile, it can also improve their will when facing difficulties. College should establish participatory regulation system and carry out heuristic teaching methods through providing an open developing platform for the students. This can instruct them to develop positive attributional style and improve their psycholog- ical capital, which can further develop their positive personalities.
