摘要
本文研究了丙酮-H_2O_2-ClO^-体系的化学发光反应,基于碘离子对该发光反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量碘离子的化学发光新方法,确定了最佳测定条件。实验结果表明,本法灵敏度高,检出限达2.0×10^(-11)g/mL I^-,线性范围为4.0×10^(-10)~3.0×10^(-7)g/mL。对含5.0×10^(-9)g/mL I^-的水溶液进行10次重复测定,变异系数为4.3%。应用于实际水样中碘离子的测定,取得了满意的结果。
The present paper has studied a novel chemiluminescence system of acetone-H_2O_2-ClO^-. A new chemiluminesce method for the de termination of trace I-based on its catalytic action on the chemiluminescence reaction was proposed. The optimum conditions have been presented in this paper. The experimental results show that the detection limit is 2.0×10^(-11)g/mL I^-, the linear range is 4.0×10^(-10)g/mL to 3.0×10^(-7)g/mL I^-, and the variation coefficient at an iodide concentration of 5.0×10^(-9)g/mL I^-(n=10) is 4.3%. The method has been used satisfactorily for the determination of trace I^- in waters.
