摘要
本文采用提拉法生长KBr单晶 ,设计了合理的温场 ,探索了最佳的生长工艺条件 ,生长出了具有高透过、低吸收和光学均匀性高的Φ1 2 0× 1 2 0mm大尺寸的单晶 ,同时讨论了影响其光学性能的各种因素 ,以及提高透过、消除吸收峰的各种方法。
In the paper,KBr Single Crystal is grown by Czochralski method.The reasonable temperature field is designed and the best growth technique condition were studied.We have grown high-transmission,low-absorption and well-optical-uniform-performance and Φ120×120mm large size KBr single crystal.We discuss many factors about optical performance of KBr single crystal.
