摘要
采用反应气氛法(ReactionAtmospherePrecess,简称RAP法)生长KBr单晶,选取CCl_4与CH_2Br_2的混合物作为纯化KBr熔体的试剂。探讨CCl_4、CH_2Br_2在纯化过程中的反应机理,分析纯化试剂与含氧阴离子进行反应的可能性。采用RAP法生长KBr单晶的吸收系数比用普通方法生长的单晶吸收系数降低了两个数量级。
The KBr single crystals are grown by reaction atmosphere process(RAP) method. The mixture of CH_2Br_2 and CCl_4 were chose to be as RAP reagent for the purifica-tion of KBr melt.The mechanism of CH_2Br_2 and CCl_4 in the purification process was investigated.The thermodynimic possibility of the reactions between the RAP-reagent and negative ions with oxygen are analyzed.The absorption cofficient of single crystal KBr grown by RAP method two orders lower than that of the ordi-nary sample.
