摘要
本文采用CZ法生长KBr单晶，设计了合理的温场，探索了最佳的生长工艺条件，生长出了高透过、低吸收的Ф110～120×100～110mm大尺寸的KBr单晶，并讨论了影。向其光学性能的各种因素。
in the paper,KBr single crystal is grown by CZ mcthod.The reasonable tmperature field is designed and the best growth technique is studied.We prouce high-trans mittance and lowabsorption and Ф110～120×110～120mm large size KBr single urgstal,then discuss the uarious factors which af fect its optical properics.
