摘要
用同工酶电泳技术检测了枫杨水浸液处理钉螺时对钉螺酯酶同工酶的影响 .结果表明 :枫杨叶水浸液处理使钉螺酯酶带由第 1d 1 9条减至第 6d 1 0条 ,活性也随之降低 ,酶带的减少主要在正极区 ,与清水对照 ,酶带数显著减少 ,且变化也在正极区 .氯硝柳胺溶液处理的钉螺也呈现出类似结果 .实验证实 :一定质量的枫杨以水为媒介对钉螺可以产生与化学药剂 (氯硝柳胺溶液 )相近的杀灭作用 .
Used electrophoresis of isoenzymes to detect the effects of soaking liquid of Pterocarya stenoptera branches and leaves upon esterase isoenzyme of Oncomelania hupensis .It is showed that the soaking liquid of Pterocarya stenoptera can make the numbers of Oncomelania hupensis is Est isoenzyme belts decrease from 19 on the first day to 10 on the sixth day,and the activity of isoenzyme has also decreased.The area of enzyme belt numbers′ decreasing is mainly near the positive polar.The similar result of killing Oncomelania hupensis can be reached from the soaking liquid of niclosamidum, the mumbers of enzyme belt have obviously become lower in the soaking liquid of niclosamidum than in water,and yet the varied area is also near the positive pole.
