摘要
应用氧电极技术测定了正常钉螺和受药物作用钉螺的耗氧量。结果表明不同地区、不同温度环境、不同性别、野外收集、人工饲养及感染毛蚴的钉螺的耗氧都不同;已知九种有效杀螺药都有抑制钉螺耗氧的作用而十三种无杀螺效果的化合物则不影响钉螺的耗氧;氯化镉有抑制钉螺呼吸的作用,亦呈现杀死钉螺的作用。
The oxygen consumption of normal and molluscicide treated Oncomelania snails was measured with oxygen electrode technique. Results showed that oxygen consumption of Oncomelania snails collected from Sichuan, Yunnan and Anhui are 103 ++++++++++++33, 115++++++++++25 and 86+++++++++ 16 Pmol o/mg/min respectively, while 125++++++++++++23 Pmol o/mg/min was found in the male and abour, 101+++++++++++++23 Pmol o/mg/min in the female. The oxygen consumption in snails infected with miracidium of schistosome japomicum for 83 days was decreased from 71 to 59 Pmol o/mg/ min.Experiments show that 9 molluscicides such as Sod. Pentachlophenate and Bromoacetami-de could inhibit the oxygen consumption to various degrees, while other 13 compounds were found to be no effect.Cadmium chloride, an inhibitor of oxydative phosphorylation, was abc tested. The result shows that this chemical does not have the potentials of inhibition.
