枫杨、羊蹄水浸液对钉螺肝功能的影响 被引量:19

Effect of water extract of Pterocarya stenoptera and Rumex japonicus on liver functions of Oncomelania hupensis

摘要 用酶学速率法测定并分析了不同浓度枫杨、羊蹄水浸液对钉螺肝脏谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)活力的影响 ,同时比较了两种植物的作用效果及灭螺效果 .结果显示 ,随枫杨叶水浸液浓度的升高 ,GPT、GOT酶活力随之增高 ,0 .1 %、0 .5%浓度 (质量体积分数 )与水对照无明显差异 ,1 .0 %、2 .5%显著高于水对照 .羊蹄处理之钉螺肝GPT和GOT活性随浓度升高到 1 .0 %浓度达到峰值 ,2 .5%开始下降 ;除 0 .1 %与对照无明显差异外 ,其余浓度有明显差异 .两种植物相比 ,羊蹄对两种转氨酶的影响明显大于枫杨 ,灭螺效果也较之好 . With enzyme ratio method,effect of water extracted from Pterocarya stenoptera leaves and Rumex japonicus in different densities on activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT)in liver of snails-Oncomelania hupensis was analyzed.The effect of the two kinds of plants was also compared.The results were as follows:activity of GPT,GOT increased with water extract density of P.stenoptera leaves.There was no significant difference in activity between the control and the density of 0.1 %,0.5 %,and significant difference in that between the control and the densities of 1.0 %,2.5 %.When the activity of GPT and GOT increased with densities of water extracts from R.japonicus,there was a peak in 1.0% density and decreasing in 2.5 % density .There was no significant difference in activities of GPT,GOT of liver between 0.1 % density and the control.There were significant differences in the activities among control and other densities.In the two plants,effect of R.japonicus on the activity of GPT and GOT is significantly higher than that of P.stenoptera,and its effect of killing snails was also better.
