摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱 -电喷雾 -质谱 -质谱 (RP -HPLC -ESI-MS -MS)方法对中药葛根提取物的化学成分进行分析、分离并鉴定出葛根中的葛根素、大豆甙元、大豆甙、葛甙C等 4种有效成分 .应用HPLC紫外和质谱检测方法测定了一种改剂型四类新药“小儿腹泻宁泡腾片”中葛根素的含量分别为 2 .2 7mg·g-1和 2 .2 6mg·g-1.研究结果表明HPLC -MS可以作为葛根及其相关制剂的指纹鉴别和质量控制的一种方法 .
Chinese herb Radix Puerariae is the root of P ue raria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi and Pueraria thomsonill Benth. Puerarin, daidzi n, daidzein a nd pueraside c were rapid separated and identified by a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray tandem mass spe ctrometry (RP-HPLC-ESI-MS-MS) from alcohol extracts from the crude herb. Content of puerarin from the Chinese raditional drug Xiao'er Fu Xie Ning Effervescent P ill was also determined by the same method. It contended 2.27 mg·g- -1 and 2.26 mg·g- -1 of puerarin in crude drug by means of UV chromatogra phy and mass spectrometry respectively. The results suggested that the RP-HPLC-E SI-MS-MS is an appreciate method of the quantity control of Radix Puerariae and its related products.
