摘要
目的 测定葛根 (野葛、粉葛 )及其制剂脑得生片中葛根素的含量。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳法 ,双氯灭痛为内标物。测定条件为 :运行缓冲液 :30mmol·L-1硼砂缓冲溶液 (pH 9.37) ;操作电压 30kV ,紫外检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 葛根素的线性范围为 10~ 10 0 μg·ml-1,葛根的平均回收率为 96 .77% (RSD2 .6 5 % ,n =3) ;脑得生片平均回收率为 :10 0 .6 4% (RSD 0 .2 8% ,n=3)。结论 该方法简便、快捷 ,具有良好的精密度、回收率和线性关系 ,结果满意。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of puerarin in radix puerariae and Naodesheng tablets.METHODS A HPCE method was used.Diclophenac sodium ws used as the internal standard.HPCE conditions were:buffer=30 mmol·L -1 (borate,pH=9.37);applied voltage 30 kV(positive to negative),UV detector λ=254 nm.RESULT The standard curve was linear over the range of 10~100 μg·ml -1 with the correlation coefficient 0.9998.The average recovery was 96.77%(RSD=2.65%,n=3) for radix pueraiae and 100.64% (RSD=0.28%,n=3) for Naodesheng tablets.CONCLUSION The method is simple and fast for analysis of Puerarin.
