摘要
选用Ｃ１８柱，以甲醇－水（２８∶７２）为流动相，２５４ｎｍ为检测波长，葛根素在０．０１～０．１３ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９８，平均回收率为９８．１％，ＲＳＤ为１．２８％。
In this paper,puerarin in Xinshuning tablets was determined by HPLC .The chromatographic column of C 18 was used and a mixture of methanol and water (28∶72)was used as mobile phase.The detecting wavelengh was 254nm.The results showed that the range of the calibration was 0.01￣0.13mg/ml(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 98.1% with RSD 1.28%.
