摘要
提出了用 PVC功能膜固相反射分光光度法测定矿样中镉。在弱碱性介质中 ,镉与均匀分布在 PVC功能膜上的吡啶偶氮萘酚定量反应 ,在自制的固相反射分光光度计附件上测定。镉质量浓度在 0~ 0 .5μg/m L范围内 ,AR 与 c有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 0 .0 1 5μg/m L,相对标准偏差为 1 .4% (对于 2 .0 μgCd,n=1 1 )。方法已用于矿样中镉的测定。
Solid phase reflection spectrophotometric determination of Cd(Ⅱ) with PVC functional membrane was studied. It was found that cadmium(Ⅱ) could react with 1 (2 pyridylazo) 2 naphthol (PAN) dissolved in the PVC functional membrane and the formed complex could be determined by solid phase reflection spectrophotometry. The linear relationship between A R and c was obtained for Cd concentration from 0 to 5.0 μg/mL with detection limit of 0.015 μg/mL and relative standard deviation of 1.4%. The method was successfully applied to determination of Cd in mineral samples.
