摘要
提出了固相反射分光光度法,并以Ni(Ⅱ)丁二酮肟TritonX100体系为例拟定了测镍的固相反射光度法。方法简便、快速、灵敏,检测限为0.029mg·L1,精密度好(测定25μg镍11次,RSD=1.1%)。
A new solid phase reflection spectrophotometric method for the determination of nickel is proposed.The nickel in steel samples is separated from the solutions as Ni(Ⅱ) dimethylglyoxime complex,and is collected on filter paper for reflection analysis.The detection limit is 0.029 mg·L 1 .The experimental results showed that solid phase reflection spectrophotometric method was simple,rapid and sensitive.The RSD for 11 runs is 1.1 %.
