摘要
综述了表面活性剂在分光光度法中的应用研究。在分光光度法中加入适量表面活性剂,可大大提高灵敏度,提高反应速度,增强反应稳定性,降低检测限等。
Research progress of the application of surfactant in spectrophotometry is reviewed.By addition of suitable surfactants in spectrophotometry,the sensitivity is enhanced,the speed of reaction is improved,and the stability is enhanced and so on.
