摘要
在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,以PAN为显色剂,用分光光度法测定锰。结果表明,在NH<sub>3</sub>-NH<sub>4</sub>Cl(pH=9.5)的缓冲溶液中,Mn(Ⅱ)与PAN形成红紫色络合物;其最大吸收波长为570nm,ε=9.6×10<sup>4</sup>;Mn(Ⅱ)浓度在0~12μg/25ml范围内,符合朗伯比尔定律。并对钢样中微量锰进行了测定,获得满意的结果。
A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of Mn (Ⅱ) has bccn devclopcd. The cxpcrimcntal results show that in a medium of NH_3-NH_4Cl (pH=9.5) Mn (Ⅱ) reacts with PAN in the prcscncc of cation-surfactan (CTMAB) to form a violct-red complex which has an absorption maximum at 570 nm (ε=9.6×10~4). Beer's Law is obcycd within the concentration range of 0~12μg/25ml for Mn (Ⅱ). The method can be applived directly to the determination of trace Mn in samples.
