摘要
本文提出了在单因素变化实验基础上,以正交设计实验确定极谱最佳底液体系的方法。同时重点揭示了正交设计实验在极谱底液优选过程中的精确度与优越性及其独到之处。
This article points out a method for the selection of polarographic base solution using orthogonal design experiment, when single factor changes. The exactness and speciality of this method have also been discussed.
