摘要
在3.4米Ebert光栅摄谱仪上,以控制气氛直流电弧粉末法测定高纯氧化镝中14个稀土杂质。采用正交设计试验对测定条件进行了优化,一次摄谱完成了高纯氧化镝中14个稀土杂质的测定,其测定下限在0.01~0.0005%,相对标准偏差为7~19%。
Microamounts of fourteen rare earth elements in highly pure dysprosium oxide have been determined by At-O_2 atmosphere DC arc excitation on a 3.4m Ebert spectrograph。The orthogonal design was used to optimize the excitation and instrumental parameters。All the rare earth elements can be determined in a single exposure。The detection limits of these elements are in the range of 0.01~0.0005%。The relative standard deviations are from 7% to 19%。
