摘要
复方双歧豆奶系双歧杆菌等菌发酵新鲜豆浆、牛奶等配制而成。本文对其糖、脂肪、蛋白质、微量元素、游离氨基酸等营养成份进行了检测,并观察了在不同温度条件下的保质情况。实验证明,复方双歧豆奶具有合理的营养组成,能提供足够数量的双歧活菌,在4℃冰箱中有较长的保质期,认为是一种较好的营养保健品。
The complex bifidobacterial soy yoghurt is made by bifidobacterial etc.fermenting the fresh soya-bean milk and milk.We analysed some compositions in the end product,such as sugar,fat,protein,trace element and free amino acid. In addition,we aiso invesigated the date of expiry Of the end product in different temperature. The results has confirmed that it has reasonable nutritious compositions,it has longer date of expiry in 4℃refrigerator,it can offer human beings adequate live bifidobacteria.Therefore, we consider that it is satifying healthy food.
