摘要
本文简述了 FFT 退卷积法分解重迭谱线的原理,编制出因谱线的固有宽度使仪器不能分辨的重迭谱线的计算分解程序,给出了模拟重迭谱及实测 XRF 重迭谱的分解实例,并对程序用于硫价态分析进行了较成功的尝试。
The general theory of spectral deconvolution using fast Fourier transforms is deseribed.The method provides a way of computationally resolving overlapped lines that can not be instrumentally resolved due to their limited resolution.The computational prog- ram is made and flow chart is given.Examples of the application of the tcehnique to syn- thetic and experimental X-ray fluorescence spectra are presented.The possibility of the pr- ogram appling to sulfur valence analysis is discussed.
