头孢噻肟钠降解产物在银微电极上示差脉冲阴极溶出伏安法的测定 被引量:6

Determination of Degradation Product of Cefotaxime by Differential Pulse Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry at Silver Microdisk Electrode

摘要 基于头孢噻肟钠 (CTX)在 0 .10mol LNaOH溶液中水浴降解产物含有巯基 ( -SH) ,在pH 4 .5NaAc HAc介质中 ,于银微电极上产生一灵敏的吸附伏安还原峰 ,峰电位Ep =- 0 55V(vs.SCE)。示差脉冲溶出峰电流与CTX浓度在 1.0× 10 -7~ 1.0× 10 -5mol L范围内呈线性关系。方法可应用于模拟样品CTX的检测 ,令人满意。 A differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry (DPCSV) has been established for the determination of cefotaxime(CTX) on silver microdisk electrode. The degradation product of CTX was carried out in 0.1 mol/L NaOH at 100℃ for 20 min. The method is based on the electrochemical behavior of the degradation product of CTX containing thiohydroxy group(-SH), which can combine with Ag + to form an insoluble thiolate. In pH 4.5 NaAc HAc medium a sensitive reduction peak of the degradation product of CTX was obtained at silver microdisk electrode with cyclic voltammetry. The reduction peak currents are proportional to the concentration of CTX in the range of 1.0×10 -7 ~1.0×10 -5 mol/L by DPCSV. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of CTX in simulant sample.
