摘要
目的:建立一种液相色谱法测定原料药中头孢唑肟钠含量的分析方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充刑,250*4.6mm不锈钢柱,5μl,以 pH3.6的缓冲液(1.42g 柠檬酸和3g 磷酸氢二钠用水溶解并稀释至1000ml)一乙腈(9:1)为流动相,检测波长254m,流速为每分钟1.0ml,进样量为10μl。理论塔板数按头孢唑肟峰计算应不小于2000。结果:头孢唑肟钠的浓度在12.8—128mg.L^(-1)范围内线形良好。线形相关系数r=0.9999。测定结果平均回收率为99.9%。相对标准偏差 RSD=0.67%。结论:用外标法确定了头孢唑肟钠含量,该方法简便,重现性好,专属性强。
To establish a method of Ceftizoxime Sodium asrdsolved by HPLC. Methods: Using a stainless steel column of 250* 4.6mm, packed with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel and pH3.6 buffer(Dissolve 1.42g of citric acid and 3g disodium hydrogen phosphate in water and dilute to 1000ml) - acetonitrile(9: 1) as fine mobile phase. The wavelength of the detector is 254nm and the flow rate is 1.0ml per minute. Inject 10μl of the resulting solution into the column. The number of theoretical plates of the column is not less than 2000, calculated with reference to the peak of ceftizoxime.Results: It can be used to determine the content of Ceftizoxime Sodium, Ceftizoxime Sodium, was linear by HPLC within the rang if 12.8- 128mg.L^-1.The linearly dependent coefficient (r= 0.9999), the average recoveries rate was 99.9%,RSD=0.67% .Conclusion:The results showed that a correction factor should be introduced into the equation for calation of the percentage of Ceftizoxime Sodium.
