摘要
以多种电化学手段研究了头孢噻肟钠的极谱伏安行为。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中(pH4.0),头孢噻肟钠产生一个不可逆吸附还原波,其峰电位为-0.77V(vs.SCE)。有二个电子和一个质子参与了电极反应。电极反应速率常数Ks为9.0×10-6cm·s-1。讨论了电极反应历程。建立了单扫示波极谱法测定的新方法,并将此法用于注射剂及尿液中头孢噻肟钠的测定,方法简便、快速。
The voltammetric behaviour of cefotaxime sodium (CTX) has been studied.An
irreversible adsorption reduction peak was obtained in the medium of phosphate buffer
(pH=4.0), E p=-0 77V( vs .SCE), n =2, K s= 9.0 ×10 -6 cm·s -1 .The mechanism
of electrode reaction was discussed.A sensitive method for the determination of CTX by single
sweep oscillopolarography was developed.The method was applied to the determination of CTX
in injection and urine with satisfactory results.
