摘要
介绍了硫磺尾气分析仪在中国石化股份有限公司武汉分公司的应用,对尾气分析仪系统的基本组成、工作原理进行了分析,着重分析了尾气分析仪采样系统的结构组成、采样方法、工作参数,针对实际应用过程中所遇到的样气不能顺利采出、温度达不到仪表正常工作要求、维护频繁、维护后加热时间长等问题,提出了加装返回侧线、增加反吹蒸汽及伴热蒸汽的改进措施。依据厂商提供的参数对仪表加热能力不足的问题,提出了改进方案。通过对日常维护中常用的温度、压力等参数及其反应出的仪表工作状态进行了介绍,对典型故障的处理方法进行了总结。
The application of sulphur tail gas analyzer in Sinopec Wuhan Brach is introduced.The basic configuration of the analysis system and working principle of the exhaust gas analyser are discussed.Sampling system configuration,sampling methods,working parameters of the tail gas analyser are stressed.Focus on actual problems in application that the sample gas can't be taken smoothly,the temperature can't reach to the instrument normal work requirement,frequent maintenance,long heating time after maintenance,the improvement measurement of installing return line,increasing reverse blowing steam and tracing steam are put forward.According to the problem of insufficient heat capacity for the instrument,improvement measurements are proposed.The measurements for typical breakdown are summarized based on the introduction for the parameters of temperature and pressure used in daily maintenance and the reflected instrument working condition.
