摘要
煤制醋酸是新型煤化工的重要路线之一,是近年国内外关注的煤化工的投资热点。文中对以水煤浆气化为源头生产醋酸装置的技术经济方案进行分析,详细阐述以煤为原料,经过空分、煤气化、变换及热回收、低温甲醇洗、CO分离、甲醇和醋酸等工艺路线的工艺装置和公用工程配置,计算得出装置能耗及组成、工艺装置投资组成及经济效益的敏感性分析等。认为在投资煤制醋酸装置时,应充分考虑工艺方案的可行性、能量的综合利用和产品醋酸的市场价格等因素。
Coal to acetic acid is one of the important routes of new-style coal chemical,and becomes the hotspot of the investment focused at home and abroad in recent years.Technology and economy analysis was made for coal to acetic acid plant based on coal water slurry(CWS) gasification technology.The coal-based process technology scheme and unit arrangement of utility were described,following the route of air separation,coal gasification,conversion and heat recovery,Rectisol,CO recovery,methanol and acetic acid,including the calculation of energy consumption and composing,investment composing and the sensitivity analysis of economic benefit of the plant.The results show that the feasible process,energy utilization and the market price of acetic acid are the important factors for investment decision.
