摘要
结合分析仪应用的实际工况、性价比、维护难易程度等各种因素,选用紫外差分吸收光谱法分析烟气中SO2体积分数。为了保证SO2分析仪运行稳定和测量数据准确可靠,样品预处理系统及辅助系统流程设计需对各干扰因素充分考虑。实际应用结果表明,该分析仪可及时准确地在线实时监测烟道排放尾气中的SO2体积分数,可为环境监测提供依据。
Combing all the factors of actual process condition, performance cost ratio and the maintenance of the instrument during the application, the instrument of UV Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy was selected. To guarantee the stable running of the instrument and obtain accurate and reliable measured data, the design of sample pretreatment system and auxiliary system flow need to take all the disturbing factors into full consideration completely. The application results showed that the analyzer can on-line monitor the SO2 volume fraction of flue exhaust emissions accurately, and can provide the basis data for environmental monitoring.
