摘要
以某炼厂10万t/a硫回收装置液硫脱气工艺的实际应用为例,介绍了一种国内使用较少的国外B&V公司工艺包采用的新型液硫脱气工艺。通过液硫池的设置、液硫脱气设置、液硫脱气流程三个方面说明了该工艺的特点。实际生产中采集的数据显示,经过该脱气工艺处理后可将液硫中硫化氢的含量降至10μg/g以下,该结果表明MAG脱气工艺能够满足生产需要。
Taking the practical application of molten sulfur degasification process in a 100kt/a sulfur recovery unit in a refinery as an example,this article introduces a new molten sulfur degasification process from the process package of B&V(USA), which is seldom used in China. The characteristics of the process are illustrated from the setting of liquid sulfur pit,the setting of molten sulfur degassing facilities and the process flow of molten sulfur degasification.According to the data collected in actual production,the hydrogen sulfide content in molten sulfur can be reduced to less than 10μg/g after the degassing.The results show that the MAG molten sulfur degasification process can meet the needs of production.
