摘要
研究酵母β-1,3-D-葡聚糖的提取和分离方法,并鉴定其结构。采用碱-酶法提取酵母β-1,3-D-葡聚糖,红外光谱进行多糖定性分析,HPLC进行单糖组分分析。结果表明,通过碱-酶法分离出两种组分(YPⅠ和YPⅡ),糖含量分别为70.45%,84.86%,其中YPⅠ中多为甘露聚糖,YPⅡ中的β-1,3-D-葡聚糖纯度较高。
Studied the method of extraction and separation of β-1, 3- D-glucan from yeast and identified its structure. The yeast polysaccharide was extracted by alkali-enzyme method, then, the structure of yeast glucan was analyzed by IR, and its monosaccharide composi- tions were analyzed by HPLC. Two fractions of polysaccharides were isolated and identified as YP I and YP, Ⅱ respectively, by alkali enzyme method. Total sugar contents in each fraction were 70. 45% and 84. 86%, respectively. Meanwhile, YP I was mostly mannose, and β-1, 3 D-glucan of YP n was in high purity.
