摘要
目的筛选β-葡聚糖含量测定的最佳方法。方法分别采用苯酚-硫酸法、刚果红法、双酶法和改良双酶法测定β-葡聚糖含量,并比较结果。结果双酶法和改良双酶法比苯酚-硫酸法、刚果红法有更好的准确度和精密度。结论双酶法和改良双酶法是较好的β-葡聚糖含量测定方法;改良双酶法更加快速,适合工业化生产的需要。
OBJECTIVE To select a better assay method for β-glucan. METHODS The content of β - glucan determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method, Congo red method, two enzymes method and modified two enzymes method,respectively and compare these four methods. RESULTS The two enzymes method and the modified two enzymes method were better in accuracy and precision than the other methods. CONCLUSION Two enzymes method and the modified two e .nzymes method are better methods for determining the content of β - glucan, while the latter method adapts industrialized production for its speediness.
