摘要
采用葡萄糖氧化酶 (GOD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)双酶法协同作用分离葡萄糖和果糖 ,确定了这一过程的最佳工艺条件 。
Separating glucose and frutose by the GOD and CAT has studied.The optimum technique conditions of oxidizing is defined and the reliable data is provided for the Future researching work.
