摘要
目的观察三联疗法配合整体护理对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法将84例应用三联疗法治疗的幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者随机均分为两组,常规组配合常规护理,护理组配合整体护理,对比两组护理效果。结果与常规组比较,护理组患者的总有效率和Hp根除率均较高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对应用三联疗法进行治疗的幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者实施整体护理,效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with holistic nursing on helicobacter pylori （HP） positive peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treated by triple therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional care was used in traditional group, whereas the holistic nursing was applied in nursing group, and the effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiveness and eradication rate of I-IP were higher in nursing group compared to that of traditional group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing has good effect in patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treated by triple therapy, and it is worthy of populariza- tion and application.
