摘要
目的 研究P 选择素、nm2 3基因蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其与转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术 ,对 57例胃癌及 15例正常胃组织的P 选择素及nm2 3表达情况进行观察。结果 ①P 选择素、nm2 3基因的表达与胃癌组织学分级无关。②P 选择素表达在淋巴结转移组明显增强 ,在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。③nm2 3基因表达与TNM分期无关 ,在淋巴结转移组中阳性率显著低于无淋巴结转移组。④P 选择素和nm2 3基因在胃癌中的表达呈显著负相关关系。结论 P 选择素高表达与nm2 3基因低表达提示胃癌浸润转移的高风险性。
Objective To study the expression of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in gastric cancar and their relation with metastasis.Methods Using immunohistochemistry technique,we have observed the expression of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in 57 cases of gastric cancer and 15cases of normal stomach tissue.Results ① The expression of P-selectin and nm23 was not corelated with histologic grade.② The expression rates of P-selectin were higher in TNM stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ than that in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ,which were also higher in tumor with lymphnode metastasis group than that in tumor without lymphnode metastasis group.③ The expression of nm23 was not correlated with TNM stage,and the expression rate of nm23 was lower in tumor with lymphnode metastasis group than in tumorwithout lymphnode metastasis group.④ There was a negative correlation between the expression of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in gastric cancer.Conclusin The resuts suggest that overexpression of P-selectin and lessexpression of nm23 predict metastatic possibility in gastric cancer.
