摘要
[目的]建立10%氯菊酯水乳剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]使用ODS-C18色谱柱和可变紫外光检测器,以乙腈-甲醇-水(体积比70∶20∶10)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,在210 nm波长下,对氯菊酯进行定量分析。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差0.075,变异系数为0.714%,平均回收率99.85%。[结论]方法具有快速、简便、精确度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。
[Aims] The aim was to establish HPLC method for the analysis of permethrine 10% EW. [Methods] Quantitative analyaia of the active ingredient was conducted using a ODS-C18 chromatographic column, a variable wavelength UV detector at UV 210 nm, acetonitrile-methanol-water(70 : 20 : 10, by vol) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and an external standard. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.075, the variation coefficient was 0,714%, and the average recovery was 99,85%. [Conclusions] The method is an ideal analysis method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed high precision and good linear correlations.
