五氟磺草胺的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]建立五氟磺草胺原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-水-磷酸(体积比为50∶50∶0.1)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,使用C18柱,紫外检测器,检测波长285 nm,外标法对五氟磺草胺进行定量分析。[结果]方法的标准偏差为0.36,变异系数为0.37%。平均回收率99.5%。线性相关系数0.9999。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。 [Aims] A method for the determination of penoxsulam by HPLC was developed. [Methods] The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile, water, phosphoric acid (50 : 50 : 0.1, by vol) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. A column packed with C18 and a UV detector with wavelength at 285 nm were used. [Results] The standard deviation and variation coefficient were 0.36 and 0.37% respectively, the average recovery was 99.5%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999. [Conclusions] The method showed the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
