摘要
[目的]建立一种采用高效液相色谱测定咯菌腈原药的分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,214 nm紫外检测器。[结果]方法的标准偏差为0.401,变异系数为0.41%,相关系数r为0.993,平均回收率为99.50%,保留时间为10.35 min。[结论]该方法可用于对产品质量进行快速、有效的分析和质量控制,具有良好的精度和可靠性。
[Aims] A quantitative HPLC procedure for fludioxonil analysis was established using Agilent C18, column and UV detection at 214 nm. [Methods] The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH and H20(50 : 50, by vol), and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. [Results] The method gave a standard deviation of 0.401, a coefficient of variation of 0.41%, the linear correlation of 0.993, and an average recovery of 99.50%. The retention time was 10.35 minute. [Conclusions] This method can be used for the quality control of fludioxonil, which is fast, simple and sensitive with good accuracy.
