摘要
建立了HPLC测定联苯菊酯含量的方法。在Hypersil ODS柱上,以甲醇:水=85∶15(v/v)为 流动相,在流速1．5 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温为30℃的条件下,成功实现了对联苯菊酯进行 高效液相色谱分离和测定。其线性相关系数为0．9999,变异系数为0．8％,回收率为99．3％-100．5％。
An HPLC method for the determination of bifenthrin in emulsi - fiable concentrates was developed.The separation was carried out under the following conditions ： a Hypersiol ODS column （4.6 mm i.d.× 150 mm,5 um） was used at 30℃ with methanol-water （85：15,v/v）as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL. min- 1.UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The linear correlation is 0.9999,the variation coefficient ofbifenthrin is0.8%, and the recovery is99.3-100.5.
