摘要
建立了HPLC测定联苯菊酯含量的方法。在Hypersil ODS柱上,以甲醇:水=85∶15(v/v)为 流动相,在流速1.5 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温为30℃的条件下,成功实现了对联苯菊酯进行 高效液相色谱分离和测定。其线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.8%,回收率为99.3%-100.5%。
An HPLC method for the determination of bifenthrin in emulsi - fiable concentrates was developed.The separation was carried out under the following conditions : a Hypersiol ODS column (4.6 mm i.d.× 150 mm,5 um) was used at 30℃ with methanol-water (85:15,v/v)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL. min- 1.UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The linear correlation is 0.9999,the variation coefficient ofbifenthrin is0.8%, and the recovery is99.3-100.5.
