摘要
研究了间磺酸基偶氮安替比林光度测定铜的适宜条件及其应用 .该试剂在微碱性介质硼砂 盐酸中与铜生成 1∶2的蓝色配合物 ,配合物在 6 2 0nm波长处有最大吸收 ,铜浓度在0~ 2 0 μg/2 5ml之间符合比尔定律 ,摩尔吸光系数为 3.85× 1 0 4,用该方法测定了铁合金中微量铜 ,结果满意 .
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of Cu with m Sulfo antipylazo in basic medium borax hydrochloric acid is described. At pH 7.8, Cu forms a blue complex with m Sulfo antipyrylazo with a maximum absorption at 620nm, its molar absorptivity being 3.85×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The composition of Cu:L is found to be 1∶2. Beer’s law is obeyed for 0~20μg of Cu in 25ml. It has been applied to the determination of Cu in ferroalloy with satisfactory results.
