摘要
合成了标题化合物,研究了该化合物作为光度法测定铜的显色剂的可能性。结果表明,在pH9.0的硼砂缓冲溶液中,有乳化剂OP存在时目标化合物与Cu^2+形成一种紫红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为596nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为5.75×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Cu^2+的浓度在0.05—0.48μg/mL范围内服从比尔定理,方法可满意地用于食品样品中铜的测定。
A new reagent 1 - ( 8'- ( 5'- sulfoquinoline) )-32 ( p - nitre- phenyl) triazene (SQNPT) was synthesized and characterized. The possibility of this reagent for the application as a chremogenic reagent for determination of Cu^2+ was studied. It was found that an amaranth complex with a maximum absorption wavelength at 596 nm and a molar absorptivity of 5.75 × 10^4 L· mol^-1·cm^-1 was formed between SQNPT and Cu^2+ in Na2B4O7 buffer solution (pH 9.0) in the presence of the emulsifier OP. The Beer's law was obeyed at a Cu^2+ concentration range of 0.05 - 0.48 μg/mL. The method has been satisfactorily used for the determination of copper in food samples.
