摘要
在阿拉伯树胶存在下的酸性介质中,铋(Ⅲ)、镉(Ⅱ)分别与碘化钾、罗丹明B形成水溶性的三元离子缔合物,据此提出了测定铋、镉的高灵敏度的分光光度法。离子缔合物的摩尔吸光系数分别为4.70×105L·mol-1·cm-1和6.30×105L·mol-1·cm-1,最大吸收波长分别在580nm和588nm处。铋(Ⅲ)浓度在0~8μg/25mL,镉(Ⅱ)浓度在0~3μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。本方法用于低合金钢中铋和镉的测定,结果较好。
Based on the formation of ion-association complexes of biSmuth(Ⅲ) and cadmium withpotassium iodide and rhodamine B in an and medium and in the presence of arabic gum, a highlysensitive spectrophotometic method has been developed. Their water soluble ion-association complexesare at 580um and 588um respectively,and their apparent molar absorptivities 4. 70 × 105 L.mol-1 .cm-1and 6. 30× 105 L.mol-1 .cm-1. Bee′s law operates for 0 ̄8μg/25mL of Bi and 0 ̄3μg/25mL ofCd. This method is applied to the direct determination of and Cd in low alloy steels.
