锁定钢板经皮微创治疗胫骨骨折

摘要 目的探讨普通钢板与经皮锁定钢板微创治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月—2012年1月于我院进行胫骨骨折治疗的患者57例。随即分为两组,对照组患者27例采用普通钢板治疗,研究组患者30例采用锁定钢板经皮微创治疗。比较两组患者Ⅰ级恢复例数及有效率。结果研究组Ⅰ级恢复例数及有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮锁定钢板微创治疗优于普通钢板治疗,缩短恢复期,且术后恢复较好,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the methods and effect of treating tibial fracture with locking plate percutaneous with minimally invasive. Methods Choosed 57 patients suffered tibial fracture from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group. Study group with 30 cases were treated wtih locking plate percutaneous with minimally inva- sive. And controlled group with 27 cases were treated with common plate. Compared motor funtion and scar after operation. Re- suits The cases of degree I and effective rate in study group was higher than controlled group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Trea- ting locking plate percutaneous with minimally invasive for tibial fracture is better than common plate treatment with better recovery.
