微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折 被引量：1

摘要 胫骨骨折临床比较常见,多为高能量损伤所致,治疗不当易导致感染、骨不连等并发症。近年来众多学者倡导运用微创经皮钢板内固定术（minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO）治疗此类骨折,目的是减少骨折端附近的手术操作,保护骨折端的血供,促进骨折愈合。2003年1月至2009年6月,我们采用微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折患者72例,随访70例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
