摘要
目的探讨微创植入钢板固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法应用高尔夫球棒型解剖钢板或微创内固定系统通过间接复位,经皮微创钢板固定治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折12例,观察术后软组织恢复及骨折愈合情况。结果12例经4~22个月随访,临床愈合时间4~12个月。按Johner-Wruhs方法评价,优8例,良好3例,一般1例。结论微创钢板内固定对治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折创伤小,固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。
Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) for the treatment of proximal tibial comminuted fracture. Methods 12 cases with proximal tibial comminuted fractures were treated MIPPO with Golf or less invasive stabilization system (LISS) plates. The soft tissue recovery and fracture healing were observed. Results 12 were followed up for 4 - 22 months. The clinical healing occurred in 4 - 12 months. According to the Johner-Wruhs criteria, the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 3 and fair in 1. Con- clusions MIPPO for the treatment of proximal tibial comminuted fracture requires minimal trauma, and provides rigid fixation, which permits early exercises and less complications.
