摘要
目的探讨经皮微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效.方法采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗老年股骨转子间骨折36例.结果本组随访11～24个月,平均18个月,全部骨折均愈合.依据Harris评分:优28例,良8例.结论 PFNA-Ⅱ治疗老年股骨转子间骨折具有操作简便、创伤小、固定可靠、可早期功能锻炼和并发症少等优点.
Objective To explore the curative effet of minimally invasive percutaneous proximal femoral nail antirotation （ PFNA - II ） on femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Method Minimally invasive percutaneous femoral proximal femoral nail （ PFNA - II ） was used in treatment of 36 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Results All patients were followed up for ll to24 months, an average of 18 months, all the fractures were healed. According to Harris score： excellent was in 28 cases, good in 8 cases. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous femoral proximal femoral nail （PFNA-II） in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients has the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, reliable fixation, and early functional exercise and less complications.
