摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料胭脂红的含量.方法 采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.02mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(30:70)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为333nm;柱温为35℃.结果 胭脂红线性范围为0.050~1.000μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.2%.结论 本方法简单、准确,可作为药用辅料胭脂红的质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Carmine of pharmaceutical sup- plementary materials. METHODS Agilent Zorbax SB-ClS column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used with tempera-ture at 35℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 2mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (20: 80)and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 ,The detective wavelength was 333nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of Lemon Yellow was linear within the range of 0. 050 - 1. 000μg ( r = 0. 9999 ), the average recovery rate was 99.3%, RSD was 1.2%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate to the quality control for Carmine.
