摘要
目的观察胭脂红对小鼠内脏器官形态的影响。方法以不同剂量的胭脂红(500mg/kg,125mg/kg,62.5mg/kg)分别连续腹腔注射染毒两个月,于末次染毒称取体重后处死小鼠,取出器官,称重,光镜下观察病理形态变化。结果中剂量组和低剂量组脏/体系数与空白组比较,肾/体系数差异有显著性(P<0.05),肾实质细胞水变性突出,且随剂量的增高,水变性程度增加。心、肝/脏体系数与空白组比较差异无显著性,但光镜下有部分细胞出现水变性。结论在本实验条件下,胭脂红对小鼠器官的实质细胞有一定的毒性作用。
Objective To observe the the effects of carmine on internal organs of small mice. Methods The mice were administered different doses of carmine （62.5, 125 and 500mg/kg）by garage, once a day, for consecutive 60 days. The mice were sacrificed, the heart ,liver and kidney were collected, and the pathological changes were observed with light microscopy. Results There was significant difference in the ratio of kidney/body between 62.5,125mg/kg groups and negative control group （P 〈0.05）. The hydropic degeneration of renal essential cells was noticeable, and its level increased with the increase of carmine doses. The ratio of heart and liver to body had no significant difference as compared with negative control group. The hydropic degeneration of some cells could be observed under light microscopy. Conclusion Carmine has certain toxic effect on kindey.
