摘要
围手术期中低体温对凝血功能的影响导致术中、术后的失血量增多,围手术期出现低体温的影响因素主要包括手术室室温、麻醉等因素。该文就围手术期发生低体温的原因、机制及其对凝血功能的影响及预防作一综述。
Perioperative hypothermia influences coagulation function and leads to more blood loss during and after operation. The factors influencing perioperative hypothermia mainly include the temperature of operating room, anesthesia and other factors. We reviewed the research on the causes and mechanisms of perioperative hypothermia, and its effect on coagulation function and prevention.
