摘要
目的研究在全麻手术中综合保温措施的效果。方法将60例全麻胃肠道手术患者分为两组,对实验组(A组)采用综合保温措施保持患者术中体温,对照组(B组)则采用常规术中护理,分别监测两组患者在术前及麻醉后1、2、>3h体温变化。结果A组患者的体温与术前基础体温相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而B组患者的体温在麻醉后逐渐下降,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在全麻手术中,综合保温措施可有效地维持患者的体温恒定,防止低体温的发生。
Objective To study the effect of the comprehensive warming measures on the patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods Sixty cases of gastral-intestinal operation were divided into two groups. The comprehensive warming measures were performed on the experimental group (group A),while the regular nursing cares were performed on the contrast group (group B). The changes of body temperature of pre-operation and lh, 2h, 〉3h postanesthesia were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no obvious difference on group A (P〉0.05). But there was significant difference on group B(P〈0.01), the body temperature declined gradually. Conclusion pothermia can be prevented for general anesthesia patients. Comprehensive warming measures can keep warm effectively and hypothermia can be prevented for general anesthesia patients.
